Ideation: angle_backlog for small-team shipping thesis

Objective

Produce an angle_backlog (schema: angle-backlog.schema.json) based on the topic_brief at handoffs/topic-brief-small-teams-ship-faster-2026-08-22.json (briefId: small-teams-ship-faster-2026-08-22).

Output format

• One JSON file: handoffs/angle-backlog-<backlogId>.json in the issue workspace.
• Validate against /root/paperclip-cmo-setup/schemas/angle-backlog.schema.json BEFORE commenting the handoff. Use: python3 -c "import json,jsonschema; jsonschema.validate(json.load(open(\"handoffs/<file>.json\")), json.load(open(\"/root/paperclip-cmo-setup/schemas/angle-backlog.schema.json\")))"
